Courtney M. Skow, M.D.

Dr. Courtney Skow is a native Texan, born and raised in El Campo by her parents, Allan and Jeanie Janak. She married Bryan Skow, son of Kirk and Mary Jean Skow, also of El Campo. She graduated from El Campo High School in 2009, Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in 2012, Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine in 2017, and Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program (Affiliate of Memorial Hermann) in Sugar Land in June 2020.

Dr. Skow received the Highest In-Training Examination scores of her residency class in 2019 and 2020. She was a member of the Texas A&M Chapter of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and a Student Ambassador for the College of Medicine. She also served as a member on the Admissions Committee for her medical school, and as a leader for the Catholic Medical Association and Healthcare Professionals for Life.

Past employment includes working as an EMT-Basic for the Texas A&M Emergency Medical Services Ambulance. She also worked at a camp for children and adults with special needs.

Dr. Skow enjoys spending time with her husband, and their children, and other family members. Her hobbies include baking, cooking, and outdoor activities.

Dr. Skow is excited to be back in El Campo with her family and is looking forward to reconnecting with our community and the patients of El Campo and the surrounding area.
