Dr. Tom Baccam received his professional doctoral degree from The University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Science in Des Moines, Iowa in 1993 (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, D.O.). He completed his internship at the University Medical Center in Lafayette, Louisiana in 1994 and his residency at Northeast Iowa Medical Education Foundation in Waterloo, Iowa in 1996. Dr. Baccam is board certified under the American Board of Family Physicians.
Dr. Baccam enjoys spending time with his children and extended family.
