Mid Coast Health System is excited to open it’s first Women’s Health Center dedicated exclusively to women’s health. This health center is located inside of Midtown located in El Campo, TX and is home to Dr. Robert Ogdee, MD.
Dr. Robert Ogdee was born in San Benito, Texas, entered the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M University, and graduated from the University in 1984. He received his medical degree from Texas A&M University College of medicine, and completed his OB/GYN residency at University of Florida-Pensacola in 1992.
Dr. Ogdee worked in Wharton, Texas, for 15 years. He then worked 10 years in Abilene, Texas, and after delivering over 7500 babies, decided to stop obstetrics and return to El Campo to work doing gynecological care at Mid Coast Medical clinic. He and his wife, Brenda (born and raised in El Campo) have 10 grandchildren.
Dr. Ogdee has over 32 years of experience in practice, and specializes in well woman exams, diagnosis and treatment for gynecological conditions, urinary incontinence, hysterectomy, and laparoscopic surgery available at El Campo Memorial hospital.
