1. How do I retrieve my medical records, doctor notes/diagnosis, and/or MRIs, X-Ray, Screenings?
Please refer to your Patient Portal to retrieve any and all medical records, screenings, or reports from your Doctor. You may access your Patient Portal using the link at the top of our home page. If you do not have access to your patient portal, please refer to the bottom of our website, "Release of Information Request" form. Complete this form and bring with you to your nearest facility.
2. How do I set up my Patient Portal?
When arriving at one of our facilities for a procedure, screening, etc., you will provide your email to the admitting clerk. Your Patient Portal initial email will be automatically sent for you to create your account to the email address you provided. If you have recently visited one of our facilities and have not received this email, please contact your facility.
3. Do you have a Provider Directory?

4. What insurance plans do Mid Coast Health System facilities accept?
Mid Coast Health System accepts most major health plans. Refer to Health Plans at the bottom of this page for a list of those we accept, and check with your health insurance carrier for final determination regarding specific covered services. We are committed to working with your doctor, insurance provider and employer to provide you full access to our health care services.
5. How can I pay my bill online?
Please access your Patient Portal to pay any outstanding invoices. If you have a question regarding your bill, please call our business office and speak with a patient account services rep, (979) 543-6251 Ext. 140.
